The strategy he uses is called "Entei Rush"
"Entei V's Burning Rondo attack is arguably one of the most cost-efficient attacks in the game. Like Suicune V, it does 20 damage plus 20 more damage for every Pokémon on each player's Bench."
If both you and your opponent have full benchs, Entei's attack can deal 220 damage!
